We offer free shipping in the form of delivery on all orders over $25 within our local delivery radius. Orders under $25 will include a $4.95 fee if delivery is chosen. Traditional shipping is not available. Items ordered online have the option for local delivery or curbside pickup only.
We process online orders out Monday-Saturday. Orders selected for delivery will go out on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays as long as we receive the order by 12PM and if the items are available and instock. Orders received after 12PM will default to the next available day for delivery. Curbside orders are pulled and processed Monday-Saturday during our normal store hours. Customers choosing this option will receive notification once the order is available for pickup. Online orders are pulled from our stores & are subject to availability. If an item is purchased that is not available, we will contact you ASAP.
For return shipping, customers are responsible for the shipping costs. All return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include the name on the order, phone number & the order number if possible with your return.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 7 days to return your purchase for a full return as long as the following are met:
-All online order returns must be done in person at one of our store locations. -All returns require an original receipt from time of purchase.
-All pet food returns must be in the original packaging containing 80% or more of the product & including the batch codes/lot numbers when applicable.
-All toys & treats can not be returned if used.
-All apparel must be unworn & in the original packaging.
-Any items with signs of use are not eligible for return.
-All sale items are final sale & cannot be returned.
-Gift cards cannot be returned.
(Please note; refunds are issued back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. We do not offer in-store credit for returns.)
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-7 business days depending on payment method. This time period includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
